Melbourne based MINEMAN Systems has launched "MINEMAN Global", a new product that allows mining companies to streamline their business processes for revenue generation and cashflow prediction. MINEMAN is a mission-critical software and services soluton used by the mining and metals industries for product transportation, marketing and financials. MINEMAN Global is a combination of MINEMAN software and associated services which are delivered from high-security data centres to geographically dispersed mining and smelting operations. The new services associated with MINEMAN Global include integrated data feeds, real-time quality control checking, and on-line person-to-person assistance from industry experts on the MINEMAN support team. One of the worlds largest mining companies is already running MINEMAN Global to manage logistics, marketing and financials for copper concentrates and gold bullion. Other major mining companies have registered their intention to use the new service. MINEMAN Global is the mining industry's first off-the-shelf package for product realisation delivered through the Internet.
