MINEMAN MEDIA RELEASES

The Mineman Aeris Resources Portal officially launched on Monday 15th June 2020. The MINEMAN Portal is a supplementary offering, additional to the MINEMAN Systems software solution, that strengthens the relationship with our managed services partners, providing them with a streamlined flow of marketing administration information, easy access to shipment data, including real-time satellite vessel position updates. 

 

Once user access credentials are provided, users log on and find the Portal simple to navigate, with no user training required. The parcel lifecycle is designated as a quadrant, with Loading, Transit, Arrival and Settlement defining the current parcel “status” and a document area, with up to seven defined categories.

 

Internal Aeris Resources users, from either sales and marketing, processing, logistics or finance teams, are able to access parcel related documentation, including invoices and reports produced within MINEMAN, as well as the external, service provider, supporting documentation, that is all uploaded into pre-set categories, ready for viewing or downloading.

 

As well as tracking individual, “open” or “unfinalised” parcels, the MINEMAN Portal greatly assists with the client’s administration tasks, internal and external audits, providing a structured, “one-stop” centralised facility, for confirming process and document checks against sales contract terms for “finalised” and historical parcels.
