MINEMAN Completes First SOC Audit
MINEMAN provides our commodities management solution to some of the biggest mining companies in the world. In many cases this includes hosting the system in one of our three datacentres. Given the nature of our clients, they all have some level of audit requirements. This includes some clients who are required to complete a full Sarbanes Oxley audit.
Historically, MINEMAN has provided our clients with SOC reports from our datacentre providers together with the wealth of standard audit reporting available directly from the MINEMAN system.
In 2021 MINEMAN engaged auditors
Linford & Co located in Denver. For the first time, MINEMAN have produced our own Type II SOC1 audit report. It has been a testament to the MINEMAN Team and the processes we have in place, that we were able to get through our very first audit without a hitch.
