 Lundin Gold Fruta del Norte live on MINEMAN

The Aurelian Ecuador S.A. Marketing Finance and Logistics System project went live using MINEMAN as of 8th April 2020.
 
About Aurelian Ecuador S.A./Lundin Gold
Aurelian Ecuador S.A. is a subsidiary of the Canadian company Lundin Gold.
Aurelian Ecuador S.A., based in South America manage the Fruta del Norte operation.
The Fruta del Norte operation is a high-grade gold operation; 70% of production is mid-grade gold sulphide concentrates and the remaining 30% is doré.
 
About the project
Lundin Gold is a member of the Lundin Group of companies and as such has a working relationship with Lundin Mining who have been a client of MINEMAN since 2015. Aurelian Ecuador S.A. has chosen the MINEMAN solution due to the relationship and proven MINEMAN solution in place at Lundin Mining to administer the Fruta del Norte sales.
The project delivered the MINEMAN Release 7 system to manage the daily commercial marketing, finance administration and logistics of concentrate and doré. The project was scheduled to go live in Q1 2020. Aurelian Ecuador S.A. needed something to manage the first concentrates sales in November 2019 and asked if the team could accommodate and as such the project was split into 2 phases. However several delays and changes to requirements during the early stages of the project had the November date shift into 2020 for the concentrates phase. Phase 2 being the Doré, Finance and Logistics functionality followed on from the concentrates implementation, and the project closed just days after Q1 2020.
 
The Aurelian Ecuador S.A. Marketing Finance and Logistics System project went live on the 2nd January 2020 for the first phase and 8th April 2020 for the second phase.
The following MINEMAN modules were installed: Marketing, Finance and Logistics.
Aurelian Ecuador S.A. / Lundin Gold is a new client for MINEMAN Systems.
