MINEMAN Finance for Sterlite Copper of India
Sterlite Industries, India, has appointed MINEMAN Systems to implement and support the MINEMAN Finance management system for their Indian smelter operations.
Sterlite Industries, a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources plc London, have large copper smelting and refining operations and account for half of all the copper smelted and refined in India.
MINEMAN Finance will manage Sterlite's commericial accounts and inventories and exposure to fluctuations in foreign exchange.
MINEMAN Systems supplies mission-critical software of strategic value to the global mining industry from offices in Melbourne and Mumbai.
MINEMAN Finance is a sophisticated commerical package designed specifically for the mining and smelting industry. It is proven and robust and ready-to-run.
